Welcome to Potter Lake Retreat, newly renovated home on beautiful Potter Lake. Less than 2 miles from popular Elegant Farmer & several restaurants in the area. Potter Lake offers swimming, fishing, boating, kayaking and jet skis during the summer. Bring your boat and dock at our attached private pier. We have (2) single seat kayaks available for your use. Contact us for details! Potter Lake is a quiet lake. There are no boat rentals or restaurants available on the lake. Enjoy our newly updated home! Kitchen includes all of the cooking and baking essentials needed to prepare your own meals. Brand new Simmons BeautyRest mattresses on the 2 Queen beds. Two Samsung TV's: (1) 40" Samsung Smart LED TV and (1) 55" with local HDTV channels via antennae is available in the family room that includes apps such as Netflix and Hulu (you must provide the logins). Outdoor driveway parking is available for roughly 6 vehicles. This home is not handicap friendly. There are 29 steps from where you park your vehicle to the front entrance of the home. Please view photo of these steps and ensure you can safely handle them. We do have neighbors. During the summer, you can hear neighbors enjoying time with friends and family. It has never been bothersome to us. If you are looking for an extremely quiet retreat on the lake, this rental is not for you. Quiet time is 10pm. The house is located 30 minutes away from Lake Geneva. You'll have the house to yourselves. Available by text or email, response time will range from immediate to within 2 hours. This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Please be mindful of the neighbors and avoid loud music or noise after 10pm.
