( Nassau/ Suffolk boarder) Open floor plan with full bath , refrigerator , range .( cooking allowed) , microwave , Kurieg , TV, WIFI, queen size bed in bedroom , plus queen size pull out sofa bed in the living room . Separate entrance from friendly, non discriminatory owners . Close proximity to all major highways and 5 minutes to Rail Railroad . ( MUST BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER TO BOOK - ALL OTHERS REQUIRE PRIOR APPROVAL ) Entrance to the apartment is by the right side of the garage doors. Lockbox located on the fence next to apartment door. Private apartment- lockbox accessible for easy check- in Guest can reach me by text or phone .( At all times ) Very quiet neighborhood . Starbucks ,grocery store, 7eleven and multiple eat-in/ take out food options within close proximity . 5 minute drive to local beach ( Tanner Park ) , Sunrise Mall, Walmart, Target and most major retail stores. 15 minutes from Jones Beach ( theater) and Tanger Outlet stores . Close proximity to all major highways and Long Isand Railroad . 45 minute ride to NYC Guest are allowed to park on the right side of the driveway during their stay. We are a professional couple who pride ourselves on providing the highest quality and expectations to others while visiting our home.
