Cozy Accommodations Be comfortable with charming, fully furnished, bi-level floor plans featuring private entrances, contemporary amenities, a wood-burning fireplace, abundant closet space including walk-ins, additional storage space, and dedicated living areas including a kitchen, living room, dining area, bedroom, and bathroom. *Please note we have several apartments available at our community each designed to make your stay comfortable and convenient. While our style is consistent the photos are representative and may not show the exact layout or design of the available apartment.* Just Bring your Suitcase! Kitchens are fully equipped with full-size appliances and cookware, glassware, silverware, and dishes. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the townhome. The bedroom boasts a King-sized bed with luxury bedding and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom features luxury linens and travel-size Molton Brown toiletries. All utilities are included such as high-speed WiFi and premium HD cable with HBO. Apartments include starter kit of paper products (paper towels and bath tissue), dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. You’ll be a short drive to shopping, dining, and recreation including Center Square Commons, Elmwood Park Zoo, Plymouth Meeting Mall, and historic downtown Skippack Village. Cleaning & Sanitation Cleanliness has always been top of mind for our team and residents, but in this climate, we have increased the frequency of our cleaning and disinfecting in all high-traffic and high-touch areas to prevent the spread of germs. We have partnered with Ecolab Inc. to provide the highest levels of sanitation as we prepare furnished apartments after check-out. A signed lease agreement is required for stays of 30 nights or longer. A non-refundable pet fee of $500 per pet will be due upon arrival.
