Family fun activities year-round. Close to ski resorts Windham, Hunter, & Plattekill (20-30 min), hiking trails, and the Catskills scenic rail trail (5 min). The property is situated in a valley surrounded by protected mountain forests with views of Bearpen mountain, making it a leaf-peepers dream. Can sleep up to 10 guests with living room futon + queen floor mattress in children's play room, but beds - situated across 3 bedrooms - sleep 6. Two full baths. Enjoy views of our beautiful 1910 dairy barn, but sorry no entry allowed for guests. Wildlife abounds with regular visits from deer, wild turkey, fox, and a vibrant bird community. Nestled between watershed protected land and working dairy farms, enjoy only the sounds of crickets and frogs at night. Please note that while we do have internet, it is satellite & service can be spotty. It is insufficient to reliably support video calls for work/school. Guests may also experience delays at times while streaming video content. We apologize to our guests for any convenience this may cause! Satellite internet is the only internet available in our area.
