Shorepine Village has 2 miles of paved walking and bike paths perfect to take the provided bikes in the garage out for a ride. This home is full of amenities including a TV in the living room and in 2 of the bedrooms and in the loft, bicycles, books, movies, games, toys, gas fireplace, BBQ, patio table, and even an extra water heater so everyone can take piping hot showers in the morning or warm up after a day of wadding in the ocean. Outside there's a convenient hot water rinsing and shower area, perfect to wash the sand off of your wet suits or comfortably spray off your dog's paws. You can access the beach via a sandy trail off the northwest corner of the village or via the Cape Kiwanda recreation area, less than a quarter mile from your home.
