Gorgeous Okanagan Lakeside Vacation Rental

Whether you are just looking for a place to relax and wind down or just wanting to do some wine tasting this is the place for you. My place is beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly need.There is never a shortage of things to do in the Okanagan. You can go for a bike ride on the kettle valley trail just behind the condo. Mount Baldy and Apex are just a drive away to go play in the snow.Boating in the summer on beautiful Skaha Lake. There are an abundance of award winning wineries in the Okanagan . The Choice is yours. **no cable *** ***Boat can be moored approx. Just 50 feet from my condo.**** Here are a couple of reviews of my place from guests that have stayed: Our short stay was really great. The location was perfect, easy walk to the lake and beach and grocery store. The condo was clean, well stocked and had absolutely everything we needed. The description and pictures were accurate. The owner was extremely helpful and was quick to answer any questions we had. Our family of 6 had a great time and would love to make it a yearly family holiday. Our week in OK Falls Skaha Lake Paradise was amazing. The accommodations were excellent and the proximity to various activities made our stay exciting and lots of fun. Our adult children and their spouses had a great time also...We would definitely recommend this place and hope to maybe go there again some time. Looking forward to having you stay with us!! Security or Damage Deposit A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due 3 days prior to arrival. Pet Policy, Deposit and Fees Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless. Cleaning on Departure A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 250.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. Cleaning During Stay There is no cleaning/maid service available. Linen Linen is included in the rent Parking Parking is free. Waterfront and/or Beach is less than a 1 minute walk from the property. River outside your back door and lake/beach is a 2 minute walk away. Beach area has a playground for children.The beach is a 2 minute walk from the complex. Snow Skiing and Boarding Ski/Board Out is a 45 minute transit/shuttle ride to runs from the property. There are 4 ski resorts within a one hour drive. Mt. Baldy in Oliver, Apex in Penticton, Big White in Kelowna, and Crystal Mountain in Westbank. Internet Service and Fee Internet is included in the rent This reservation has a No Refunds cancellation policy. There are no refunds given for this property. Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.
