Narcissus Place: non smoking

Narcissus Place is located on Fairfield Beach and is a 720 sq ft upstairs apartment off a large upper deck. It is newly remodelled summer of 2019 opened for guests August 19, 2019. Due to small size a chair and shoe mat beside the entry serve in place of a mud room. No smokers please. The 1.8 acre outside area is not yet landscaped and likely will be ongoing project while downstairs is remodeled . There are pictures of the view from the upstairs deck, I love the view. The inside is newly renovated. The bedroom has queen bed. There are 2 daybeds in main room. The downstairs deck has a water feature with goldfish. The entire premises is non smoking please. Bedroom has blackout curtains and the queen bed. There is a roomy closet and built in shelving in the bedroom. The bathroom is completely new as entire apartment is new renovation. The entire apartment and private deck will be yours. Part of deck is covered and part is open to sun. The stairs are covered but please use caution in inclement weather as rain and snow can still blow in. Access to laundry and gas grill on deck across the street are available for your use. There is a fire pit and basketball net across the street that you may use at your own risk. A trampoline is in the woods across the street that you may use...also at your own risk. Myself or Mike will be available by text or telephone. I live across the street. Fairfield Beach has limited access so traffic is local. It is great place for walking, biking or golf cart. Winery is 0.6 miles, Pub and Cantina are 0.9 miles and are on the beach so very walkable. Bicycles and helmets can be made available by request. There is parking for multiple cars or boats available. Bed, bath and kitchen linens along with basic amenities will be provided. If you have a larger family group and want more than one apartment, this is across the street from Large Studio Near Buckeye Lake. I will ask for additional one time $25 fee for pets. Pets would need to stay on your side of the street to avoid contact with my dog who is not always friendly with other dogs and will hurt a cat. There is a yard and wooded area just to the south of the house that are part of the property. Please pick up after your pets. There is garbage can near the garage where poop bags and litter can be placed. We focus on healthy earth and do not use toxins in the gardens. We reduce, reuse, repurpose, recycle as much as we can. There is recycle bin under the staircase landing.
