The Morgan's invite you, your family, and friends to experience the Hemlock Homestead where Morgan’s Canoe and Outdoor Adventures all began. The Hemlock Home is spacious, rustic and charming with some very unique features that will make your stay feel like a resort in the country! We maintain the indoor heated pool at a comfy 90*. Wake up to your country view without another house in sight! A pond to canoe, paddle board, fish and relax around. Adult and Children swing sets, hammocks, a floating platform, and pond-side sandbox will bring out the kid in everyone! A basketball goal, cornhole game, and a foosball game, and skittles are all here. Featuring 4 bedrooms, a cozy warm fireplace in the Great room, an indoor heated pool and your own hot rock steam sauna! There is a Honeybee Apiary on our 115 acre property with honey for sale and tours available, in season. PET FRIENDLY WITH ADDITIONAL PET FEE OF $50 PER DOG, LIMIT 2 PER RESERVATION Explore miles of trails on the property, and walk through acres of woods to Ozone Zipline, Morgan’s Canoe and Outdoor Adventures. Bring your bikes for the 100+ miles of the paved Little Miami trail. Close enough to Kings Island to hear the Fireworks at night...Located in Warren County, “Ohio’s Largest Playground" with so much to do, you will want to stay a week! When renting the Hemlock Home & Reserve, you will have full private access to the home, indoor swimming pool and sauna. You will have semi private use of the entire property. That means there could be hikers crossing the property on the Silver Moccasin trail which we maintain. There are also 2 ponds and public hiking trails through the 115 acre property. Use of any motorized vehicles on the property is not allowed. We live within a half mile of the home and are available for any questions or concerns that might arise. We can be contacted by phone or text. Check in is easy anytime with clear instructions and manual. We will text specific details before your arrival. For insurance purposes we require that the complete names of all guests are provided prior to your arrival date. Only registered guest are allowed on the property, any parties or violations of our policies may result in immediate termination of stay without refunds. For security outside cameras are on premise. Walk through our wooded trails to our campground, canoe livery or to Ozone Zipline. Kings Island amusement park, Ft Ancient State Park, The Beach Waterpark, Caesar’s Creek lake and more are within a short drive. Shop for antiques in the charming towns of Lebanon and Waynesville or find your treasure nearby at some of Ohio’s largest flea markets! Place your bets at the nearby Miami Valley Gaming Casino. This is the country so always good to have a car for a run into town, bring your bikes and enjoy quiet country roads and the nearby Little Miami Scenic trail. A good pair of hiking boots for our wooded trails on the 115 acre property. And bring water shoes for canoes and tubing on the 1st National Scenic River in the country that borders our property. Air Conditioning is in the upstairs bedrooms. A cozy gas fireplace in Great room with remote. Gas grill for cooking available. A Fire pit next to the pond to cook your S’mores and count the stars! Some trails are on the property are open to the public. Please remember, this is a rustic home, some say cabin like. While we strive for cleanliness, when your the only house and lights for a half mile, there could be an occasional bug or two. If your bugged by Nature please do not book.
