Kirby Apts #4-King Size Beds 2BR/Clean/Quiet/Safe

Welcome! Guests love the comfy King, pillow top mattresses, great heating and AC, and cleanliness, not to mention they feel very safe and love how close it is to everything within the Tri Cities Region (30 minute driving radius). Apt is nestled in a safe subdivision right around the corner from Science Hill HS and is within 5 min of ETSU/VA campus, shopping, and restaurants. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, cleanup, and fine cuisine. Stainless appliances, including dishwasher, are not only attractive, but make your stay feel like home. The living room is large and comfortable with a 43" smart TV for watching your favorite movies. Both bedrooms have king sized beds, large, cedar lined dressers, and a double closet. There is a whisper quiet, highly efficient, ductless heating/cooling unit in each bedroom and in the living area so the temperature of your stay is for your greatest comfort. You have a private stay at the Kirby #4. We live off site, and other neighbors have their own private two bedroom apartment. The lock code is sent to you on the day of your arrival and the code is changed between guests. No key is needed. Typically, we are available for questions or help during your stay. We do travel to see grand children, but we have other helpers. We do have full time jobs in the area. The residential neighborhood has brick homes, condominiums, and is safe and quiet. It is tucked into a 1970's setting of large oaks, grassy yards, and wide, paved streets. Your apartment is within five minutes of most everything essential in Johnson City: grocery stores, hospital, ETSU, downtown eateries, Starbucks, Freedom Hall, The Mall, a walking trail, tennis courts, parks, and play areas. It's good to bring slippers or socks since carpeting and rugs are minimal on a tile floor for cleanliness and safety reasons. Also, this is an upstairs apartment so we ask that you walk lightly in consideration of the guests below.
