Private - Carriage House

The Carriage House, approx 600 sf, is located behind the main house with it's own private entrance, and is perfect for corporate guests or romantic getaways! It has a private balcony and so many amenities! We are only 3 miles from I-24 and conveniently located between Nashville & Chattanooga. We are only a few miles from Bonnaroo Farm; close to Jack Daniels, Arnold Engineering, Sewanee, MTSU, the Caverns, home of Bluegrass Underground, and lots of hiking and beautiful waterfalls! The Carriage House, perfect for corporate guests or romantic getaways, has lots of wonderful amenities like super plush towels and luxurious linens; a full size refrigerator, toaster, microwave, and dishes for your use. Please note there is not a cookstove but there is an induction eye, along with a toaster oven, as well as the other amenities mentioned. Everyone who has stayed in the Carriage House ABSOLUTELY falls in LOVE with it! The bathroom has a 6 foot cast iron claw foot tub which makes it perfect for a relaxing soak or shower. The ceilings are galvanized metal with small chandeliers for a touch of romance. The living room has a full size sleeper sofa. The separate bedroom has a queen size bed and a closet with luxurious robes for you to wrap up and relax! In addition to the Carriage House's private balcony, you're also welcome to relax in the swing chairs or hammock located in the beautiful back yard gazebo. You're also welcome to enjoy the porch swing or rocking chairs on the front porch of the main house. There is no shortage of places to relax and unwind and enjoy the beautiful, picturesque yard. We live in the main house and enjoy meeting guests but respect their privacy. We are available as needed by phone or text. We are only three miles from Interstate 24 but we're nestled in the woods for privacy on Highway 41. We're centrally located between two major cities (Chattanooga and Nashville) and have easy access to so many tourist sites like The Caverns, Old Stone Fort State Park, Bonnaroo, Jack Daniels, Sewanee, Arnold Engineering base, and MTSU. We are also only minutes from lots of restaurants and shops and our historical downtown. Plenty of parking is available so whether you're in a car, an RV, or a motorcycle you shouldn’t have any trouble with parking. PLEASE NOTE: In case you read comments about breakfast, unfortunately, we are not serving breakfast until further notice. There is a kitchenette though in the Carriage House. Also, should you need additional sleeping space, we have two suites in the main house that are rentable, if they're available.
