Private Room in Beautiful Home

My place is good for one or two female adventurers, and female business travelers Mid century modern, open , clean living space. Bedroom, private bath, shared living room, dining room, familyroom(tv room). Occasional laundryroom . Kitchen is shared, cleanliness rules adhered to. Only when the guest wants to or needs to. I absolutely love to chat with my guests! My life has been enriched as a result. I do understand though that there are times when each of us needs our space, therefore all guest wishes for privacy are respected. It is a quiet, safe neighborhood, close to downtown and great restaurants. It is at the edge of a great walking trail. Also Near a small beach. Uber and taxi service. Walking distance to downtown.
