Welcome to our secluded, suburban location with mature trees located on Philadelphia's Main Line. Our second floor apartment is over the garage. There are two comfortable and spacious bedrooms with dressers and closets. The living room has a comfortable sofa and TV. The kitchen is not luxurious but clean and equipped for basic meals. *** Our deck recently sustained storm damage. The deck is no longer safe and cannot be used until repairs are made. We apologize for any inconvenience. The guest apartment has a private entrance and is located on the second floor (you must be able to climb stairs). The kitchen has a full size refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, smooth cooktop, toaster oven and Keurig. Pots and pans, dishes, glasses, and silverware are all supplied as well as a couple of knives, cutting board, strainer, can opener and other odds and ends to be able to cook a basic meal. A dining table for two is provided. The kitchen area houses a full sized washer and dryer. A few washer pods are provided. The living room has two comfy sofas and a large flat screen tv with cable. Gaming systems are available to pass the time (bring your own games or use our small supply). If you're into music, there is an old, out of tune piano that you can play and give your own private concert. The bathroom boasts good water pressure, bright lights and fluffy towels. Pool towels are also provided. The front bedroom is bright and airy with a firm mattress. There is a large closet and two empty dressers. The back bedroom is in a shadier location and has a softer mattress. This room also has an empty dresser and closet. Linens are provided as well as extra blankets and pillows. There is a friendly Golden Retriever on the property to protect guests from squirrels and bunnies. In addition to linens, we provide the basics in regards to paper products and dish/hand soap. The kitchen also has cooking spray and salt and pepper. We live in the main house, a stones throw from the guest apartment, and will be available if needed. We are happy to give you all the space you need. Jolie, the Golden Retriever, roams the property and is generally available for petting. The neighborhood is in a beautiful suburban setting. It is a small family oriented neighborhood. Parking is off street. There is one dedicated parking spot. Please inquire first if you need parking for more than one car. Your car can be unload by the entrance of the apartment but there is a designated parking place about 50 feet away for the entrance.
