Victorian Beauty Hillsdale College

This historic Victorian home on the campus of Hillsdale College is located 1 block from the football field. Great for weekend games, parent's weekend, Alumni events, or visiting relatives in the area. Over 3700 sq. ft. of indoor living area, plus over 800 sq. ft. of covered outdoor porch which is great for sitting, reading, or taking a nap. Dining area seating for 8. Third floor is one large open space with knotty pine walls. It has the vibe of a cabin up north. Must be 25 years of age to rent. The living room has two large couches, and one leather couch in the library/den. Extra sheets are located in the laundry room. You will have access to the entire house. However, the basement is a typical Michigan basement and is our storage. We would prefer guests do not go in the basement. We are available to assist during your stay. We will likely be in the building behind the house or across the street. We are located 1 block from the football field and the Sports Complex. The neighborhood is primarily families and college rental homes. You will need a car to fully enjoy the area. ~There is a wood pile by the pine tree for your use in the fire pit.
