Private home in lovely, established golf community in central Johnson City located in the beautiful East Tennessee mountains. Our home is on the corner of Woodmont and Fairway with a parking lot in the back upon which you enter. The guest suite is to the left as you enter. A quiet, safe, spacious newly remodeled private guest suite awaits you with a spacious private bathroom. Located within 30min-1 1/2hr drive is Knoxville, Asheville, ski slopes,Bristol Motor Speedway, ETSU and Jonesborugh. Amenities include:outdoor pool and patio, Amazon stick for TV, hair dryer, small refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave. Iron and ironing board,pack and play, inflatable mattress and gift voucher to Johnson City's #1 voted coffeehouse (Open Doors) owned by the hosts. We currently do not have cable TV. Hosts will be available to help you with any questions or suggestions you may need during your stay. Hosts will respect your privacy. Our home is nestled in the established Oak Park Golf Community with beautiful mature trees and a variety of home styles. Conveniently located to downtown and main street lined with restaurant and shops. Johnson City is very easy to navigate. Beautiful parks and walking and bike trails
