One bedroom (second bedroom) in a secure building with Queen size bed with clean sheets, pillows and blankets In room AC/heater unit so you can put the temp at what u r comfortable with Workstation free wifi and use of printer Dresser and large night stand and full length mirror Along with a full closet with hangers Look forward to hosting your trip! PLEASE do NOT tell anyone in the building u r there for an airbnb room just say u r visiting a friend. Thnx in advance ☺️ Lovely top floor two bedroom condo with a great view to Philadelphia skyline Have free range to the kitchen fully equipped along with the living room, dining room and balcony which has a great view clear to the Philadelphia skyline the room shares this same view There is laundry on the same floor in the hallway with free use of my prepaid card And a trash shoot in that room too There is a pool for use in the summer but i must accompany you There is plenty of free parking as well I can interact with guest as much or as little as they wish. I can be reached at all times for any issues. Please read the first step in the check in instructions when u start check in process there is a special note for confirmed guests thnx :D The building is close to a mall and lots of shopping and restaurants along with grocery stores and convenient stores and wawa gas station 2 mins away as well along with 2 minutes drive to interstate 95 Car or uber is best way get around town conveniently located near interstate 95 Missy Anna the kitty cat is sweet and friendly altho is the original scaredy cat and will most likely hide but if u r very quite she may come say hi but i do NOT allow her into the guest room incase i get someone who is allergic so please keep the door closed so she wont sneak in there. PLEASE HANG TOWELS TO DRY ON THE HOOKS ON THE CLOSET DOORS NOT ON THE LEATHER OFFICE CHAIR! Sorry for all caps just have had a lot of ppl doing that and also PLEASE dont let the front door slam thnx in advance! :) also my condo is all electric with no gas so no need for a carbon monoxide detector thnx
