This bedroom has a 40” flat screen TV, Comfortable Bed, and a personal desk/workspace. This house is for adult professionals seeking short or long term housing accommodations. Cookware, spices, microwave, blender, coffee maker, coffee grinder. Personal sized French press with tea selection. TV: Roku (or Fire Stick), Hulu, Netflix, HBO, and Showtime! (personal/private TV also in bedroom. DVD player also available.) Extra Large Sundeck with a large gas grill and comfy deck furniture. Countertop Steam Distiller. If tap water doesn't appeal to you... Make your own pure, steam distilled water! Parking: Right outside the house. No permit required. I may not always be there, but I am always available via text or phone call. SUPER Convenient location. Centrally located, access major highways within minutes. DC, Baltimore, Annapolis, Alexandria, Arlington, Bethesda, and national Harbor within 25 miles. DC is within 10 miles. If in town for work; NASA, FEMA, and IRS locations in Greenbelt, Hyattsville, and New Carrollton are all within 5 miles. Closest metro stop is 4 miles, a short 5 minute drive! 20-minutes to National Harbor where you have state of the art casinos, restaurants, and name brand outlets for amazing shopping. 10min to Doctor’s Hospital. 15min to Prince George’s Hospital. 20min to Laurel Hospital. 3 miles to NASA. 5 miles-DC metro 30min Baltimore or Annapolis. Laundry Detergents are provided for you and are mild, scent free (TIDE and ALL). The shampoos and toiletries are natural scented or mild selections. The mattresses and pillows have allergen proof casings. The house temp is usually set to 68-70 over the winter and 73 in Summer. There is central AC and heat throughout the house. All sorts of natural selections for sweeteners, teas, etc. Some common items are shared in cabinets and fridge (Ketchup, mayo, mustard, hot sauces, dressings, spices, etc.). If you use it often, just replace it when it gets low. :) Tenants are provided 2 fridge shelves each and a pantry/cabinet area for exclusive use. There is also a mini fridge if you prefer to have additional space. Sorry, I cannot accommodate any children. Accompanied guests of tenant are welcome to visit during the daytime. (Outdoor hosting if more than one visitor). Overnight guests are limited per week.
