Welcome to your own private one bedroom, one bath apartment in a small 4 unit building. Perfect for a quiet single person or couple. Set up is ready for you to arrive anytime. We prefer to leave you alone during your stay. Great area for walks! Close to Public Golf Course. Walk across the street to the local Legion that has great food and drinks or cook at home in your own kitchen! Monticello is approximately a 40 minute drive to Minneapolis. We provide everything you will need during your stay and the best part is the privacy! You have your own hot water heater so you do not have to worry about anyone else in the building using all the hot water. We provide soft water so your skin stays nice and soft. You have your own reserved parking space. You are able to live like you are renting your own apartment. You are able to access all common areas of the building which is the hall to your place and the laundry area. We don't plan to meet you unless specifically requested. We are there for you if there are any issues with anything inside the unit. We are within walking distance of the Legion which has weekly Bingo, great food and drinks. We are on the corner of a dead end street that leads to an elementary school. We are close to the public golf course. We are well within a short drive for anything and everything else one could need. Not ideal for public transportation. You will have a reserved parking space on the surface lot.
