The Hydrangea Room has a queen bed, private bath with jetted tub and separate walk in shower for a spa like bathing experience. The color scheme is relaxing; morning sun can provide rainbows in the shower area. Triple dresser with mirror, antique desk, easy chair, closet, iron and board, hair dryer, and smart TV for streaming music and shows, plus antenna for broadcast TV. Complimentary WiFi service, and a great home cooked breakfast with freshly ground coffee every morning. Our B & B is a home style bed &a breakfast. We live here, and our quarters are downstairs while our two guest rooms are upstairs. We often see our guests as they come and go and of course as we serve them at breakfast. Guests must be vaccinated against Covid-19. Guests may enjoy the outdoors on the front screened porch, on the patio in the back, or by borrowing our canoe to paddle on Lake Arrowhead which is a short portage from the Sampler House Bed & Breakfast. We often see them as they come and go, and of course every morning at breakfast. We are located on Main Street in the village which has since been merged into the town of Milton. Main Street has a lovely collection of older homes many of them Victorian, and ours is among the oldest-built circa 1830. It is not a "grand" home but is distinguished by its age, and the hand hewn beams that grace the downstairs ceilings...and are structural. The B & B rooms are spacious and comfortable, very quiet, and very convenient to all the greater Burlington area Northeast Vermont, and the Champlain Valley have to offer. There is a bus that runs to Burlington four times a day. There is also a Milton Uber service.
