This lakeside home is the perfect place to gather with family and friends who enjoy lake life: swimming, boating, fishing and more! With a boat launch conveniently located at the end of the drive, room for your trailer, and canal access for docking, you will be all set to enjoy Lake St. Clair! Ice fishing and snowmobile racing are only minutes away during the winter, too. Come "Stay & Play on Anchor Bay!" The maximum number of adults at this property is 6. Total guests shall not exceed 8. Shared garage leads to a handicap accessible entry. This 1,700 sq. ft. home boasts three bedrooms (2 king & 1 queen). A spacious living room offers additional space for an air mattress or for the pull-out sofa (most comfortable for children). Enjoy beautiful lake views while sipping coffee at the dining room table, on the enclosed porch, or on the deck. With a water depth of 4 to 5 feet and a sandy bottom, it's the perfect location for swimming and sun bathing. Full kitchen with a dishwasher has everything you need to prepare your meals. Gas BBQ grill, patio set and fire pit are wonderful for outdoor dining, too. Pre-order firewood bundles for $10, 2 for $15, 3 for $20 to be waiting at the property for you upon arrival. Only a 15 minute drive to the quaint downtown areas of New Baltimore, Marine City, and Algonac. If you plan to bring your boat, arrangements can be made for docking it across the street on the canal side. Deckers Landing Marina and DNR Boat Launches are conveniently located at the end of the street; giving you access to the whole delta! Currently, the DNR launch ramp is closed, but you can launch at Deckers for $20. You can also head to Fair Haven (5 min.) for a DNR launch into Anchor Bay or to Algonac (10 min.) for a DNR launch into the North Channel. Cross the North Channel and explore the Middle Channel or the Chenal About Rond. Look up the "Sny" loop water trail for a map. Lake St. Clair is a duck hunter and fisherman's paradise! Up to 6 kayaks may be made available for your daily use upon request. During winter months, Anchor Bay is a popular destination for snowmobile racing and ice fishing. The home has everything you need from "My Pillows" and cooking essentials to beach towels and patio furniture. A portable fish cleaning station is also available for your use. The grassy area of the backyard and the garage are both shared spaces. No parking in the garage. We offer additional parking for multiple boat trailers / vehicles on the lot next door. Requests for additional parking (beyond the allotted 3 spaces in front of the garage) must be pre-arranged and a fee may apply. Plan your hunting, fishing, boating, winter sports or family getaway trip early so you don't miss out on this incredible spot! The grassy area of the backyard and garage are shared spaces. Parking in the garage is not permitted. The neighbor welcomes guests to enjoy his floating dock if his family is not occupying the space. A property manager lives right next door and is readily available to assist you if needed. This is a non-smoking property (inside and outside).
