Guests will have access to the house with the exception of the owners bedroom which is the fifth bedroom in the house and the garage. The house comfortably sleeps 14 people. It is located in a quiet neighborhood there for guest must be respectful of quiet times in the neighborhood This home is located in a safe, quiet community. It will be ideal for families who want to spend time together and centrally located to both the beach the cruise terminal and the parks in Orlando. Property has salt water pool and is heated. The temperature can be set remotely. There is a hot tub, fire pit, and a gas grill available for use. We have beach towels, beach toys, rafts and children’s flotation devices available for use. Everything you need for a great vacation. The house has for Wi-Fi and each television has a fire stick. Sleeping arrangements in living room.: The living room has a modular couch that can be made into two queen beds. ) This would require moving the furniture for sleeping and replacing it to original place during the day. The house can accommodate more than 12, but we decided that 12 adults is our limit. If a family has children, then we could accommodate 12 plus several children with prior approval.. Please be honest. Guest will be asked to vacate without refund, if there are additional guests, that are not on the original reservation. The house is designed to help our guests enjoy their time in Florida, it is Not designed for guests to throw a party and invite their friends over to swim. The limit is 10 adults and 4 children (14 max ) please don’t take advantage of our kindness. Thank you for your understanding. There are several rules that will incur additional charges if violated: 1) smoking in the house ($500 fee for cleaning) 2) glass broken in pool ($500) fee for emptying the pool for cleaning) Please NO GLASS in POOL! This is for everyone’s safety. We care about our guests. Guest may access all parts of the home except owners separate suite area (which is locked off) and the garage. We are available by both texts and phone calls. Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach, mall, Port Canaveral Cruise terminal (all within 15-30 minutes). MCO airport, Melbourne airport, Sanford airport within 45 minutes. Disney parks and Universal Parks, Seaworld all with 60 minutes. Uber and Lyft, taxi , car rental. Large families welcome. Though we want everyone to have fun, our home is an ABSOLUTE drug free environment. Smoking is outside only and disposal in provided ash containers. If children are to be on property, we must be notified in advance so that the alarms surrounding entrances to the pool area can be activated (to ensure safety).
