Private entrance, Room/Bath quiet country setting.

A quaint room in the country with private entrance, private Bed/Bath a refrigerator and coffee maker. Blocked off from entering into the main house this is a perfect hotel-like room without all the hassle. Great place to run your dog, unfortunately we do not accept cats. Located on over 26 acres there are paths to walk on throughout the woods and a private road for walkers or joggers. 7 miles from downtown Shepherdstown, WV. 8 miles from Charles Town, WV and 8 miles from Martinsburg, WV. We live on over 26 acres of land. We have paths to left of house you are more than welcome to walk by yourself and/or with your unleashed pets. We also live on a paved private road with few houses. You can walk your pet on leashes on our road. It is approximately 1/2 mile long. please call or text me if you have any questions or concerns We live on a private road with approximately 15 other houses. it is quiet and away from traffic sounds. At night, you can see all the stars. Our little town is beautiful and quiet. We are within 8 miles of the Marc Train station We are animal lovers and have pets of our own. We welcome dogs but due to cat urine issue and the lingering smell we no longer can accept cats. If you would like to run your dogs you may do so in the front pastures outside the fence or on the trails through the woods. We are happy to coordinate with you to let them run inside the fence area where you room entrance is. When there are other dogs here we will do our best to keep our animals inside during your stay, they do have a small separate fenced area inside the large fence on the opposite side of the house that they can be contained in.
