Enjoy this fantastic 3rd floor private suite! Your own private bathroom, workspace and living room with an Oh So Soft sectional sofa and a smart TV for your entertainment. The seperate bedroom has a queen bed with ample space for your belongings. The space is perfect for extended stays with approximately 550 square of private living space for relaxation and enjoyment. The private bath has an antique clawfoot tub, but if you prefer showers you can use the 2nd floor main bathroom. Our second floor hospitality room provides our guests with microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, snacks, a dining table and an opportunity to interact with other guests. An iron and ironing board is also available for guest use. Guests may use 2nd floor main bathroom and hospitality room in addition to the entire 3rd floor. The front porch is open for guest use and includes a swing, glider and dining table. We are available to answer questions or solve any issues, but we primarily keep to ourselves and allow you privacy during your stay. Our neighborhood, Crandall Park , is a picturesque area filled with homes from the early 20th Century. We are within walking distance of beautiful Wick Park and Crandall Park. Less than a mile to YSU, Stanbaugh Auditorium and the (former) Northside Hospital, and just over a mile to St. Elizabeths Hospital, the Covelli Center, The Butler Art Museum, the Museum of Industry and Labor and downtown. We have limited bus service, Uber and Lyft available. Easy biking and walking to area landmarks.
