We pride ourselves in offering everything you would expect if it was yours..... and MORE! All linens, luxury pillows & towels included. Sleeps 11 at full capacity (tight squeeze). Sorry, no events or large parties without written authorized approval. Guests will forfeit deposit and pay a $25 per person, per day fee for any event or party. With nothing between you and the Pacific Ocean but pristine Oregon sandy beach, you'll enjoy singing birds, views of the sea, mountains, and trees, all while hearing the ocean roar. It’s always a pleasure to breathe the fresh sea air that constantly refreshes and cools the house during warm Summer days. You will not be disappointed by this view! The beach is right out your door so go ahead and use our beach equipment to hang out on the beach, cook around a campfire, or just soak in the raw natural beauty that the Pacific Ocean has to offer. Whale watching, surfing, sea kayaking, amazing hiking and shopping are literally within minutes distance of our location. For indoor entertainment, you can enjoy board games (or rent a movie from Redbox in Newport), watch movies on premium channels HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, enjoy premium sports channels, or watch DVD's on either of the HD flat-screen TV's. We are proud to present a collection of original art throughout (over 13 pieces). The fully stocked kitchen is set up for entertaining up to 16 with high-end stainless appliances and grill off one of the gorgeous decks; literally anything you need to prepare a 5-course meal. Guests have full use of fine wine (2 sizes), martini, champagne, shot, beer, and cognac glasses as well as decanters/chillers. For those of you with little ones, please enjoy the use of our pack n play and highchair. Large stainless gas grill and pick-nick table/benches on private patio. Additional outdoor dining table for taking advantage of fabulous weather. Not only is TheJackWest unique in its views, location (beach access just steps away) and design; it's unlike any offering on the Central Oregon Coast. Privacy and serenity will greet you here in a pristine and clean environment both inside & out. The house sits on a medium bank just above the pristine & private beach/ocean. No houses visible and unobstructed views of the Ocean. The 2 lovely bathrooms are fresh, clean & modern with gorgeous lighting and plumbing fixtures in a spa-like setting. We provide plenty of luxury towels, soap & shampoo/conditioner. We only clean with environmentally conscious cleaners and our goal is to meet or exceed the cleanliness of a 4-star hotel. You'll find eco-friendly updates such as dimmable LED bulbs throughout and high-efficiency appliances including a state of the art washer/dryer. The house features soaring vaulted ceilings with tons of natural light coming in through over 20 windows & skylights. You'll enjoy stunning views in every direction while cozying up to the grand slate gas fireplace in the entertainer's dream living room. Enjoy time with family and friends in the large family room which features additional entertainment center. Entertaining is a pleasure with our fully stocked kitchen and multiple furnished decks. You'll feel like you've walked into the pages of Metropolitan Home, Elle Decor, and Dwell. Walk 3 minutes down the hill or to the neighborhood beach access where you can enjoy long walks, runs, beach fires, surfing, swimming, and sunbathing. Walport center is an 8-minute drive and you can be in Newport or Yachats in 15 - 20 minutes. TheJackWest is located 2+ hours from Portland and 45 minutes from Lincoln City. We offer high-speed free wi-fi, a full cable channel line up on 2 large flat-screen TVs, Blue-Ray DVD players. For those of you with little children, we offer a pack n play and highchair for your use. We'll do our best to make your stay and your beach activities as uncomplicated and pleasant as possible. Pets are not permitted in rental units unless specifically approved along with $60 pet fee. b. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. c. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher. d. All keys are left according to instructions. e. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure. f. No linens are lost or damaged. g. NO late check-out (extensions may be granted for an hourly fee) h. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
