Built by (Website hidden by Airbnb) this gorgeous tiny house is located 20-25 minutes from downtown Dallas and has nearly all amenities of a normal house. Guest have private access with their own parking spot that is inclosed behind a privacy fence. Restaurants, bars, lakes, universities, music and museums are all within a short drive. We prioritize your privacy. However, we are also here to answer any questions you have and help with anything that will make your stay as comfortable as possible. The kitchen contains everything you'll need for breakfast lunch and dinner to include: pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker and toaster. Four burner stove. Private bathroom. High-speed wifi. All utilities (sewer, electric and water) are hooked up and reliable. We make a big effort to be available to our guest with any questions and concerns. Feel free to call, text, or email at any time. Or, if before 9pm, just ring the door bell and we'll be happy to help. Safe, peaceful, and quiet. -5 minutes from Starbucks, Walmart, Restaurants. -10 minutes from downtown Garland where you'll find locally owned coffee shops, breweries and restaurants. Also, Hawaiian Falls is a great water park that is very close to the property. -10 minutes from downtown Rowlett where you'll find more coffee shops, breweries and delicious food (try Bankhead Brewing Co.) -20-25 minutes from downtown Dallas with: *Family Stuff: Fair Park, Clyde Warren Park, Perot Museum, 6 Flags Amusement Park *Night Life Stuff: Deep Ellum, Uptown, Lower Greenville Ave. *Artsy Stuff: Dallas Museum of Art, Dallas Farmer's Market, Crow Asian Art Museum There is always an Uber and Lyft near by. As far as public transportation, the tiny house is about a 15 minute drive from the rail station called the DART. The DART is cheap and webs all across the Dallas area providing access to most major attractions. There are also bus stations within walking distance. However, the buses in Dallas are not known for comfort or convenient routes.
