There's a ceiling fan over the queen-sized bed, which is a must for many! You have a large storage room in addition to a small closet and a full kitchen and washer & dryer included to make your stay that much more convenient. Full access to the apartment. Range, refrigerator and washer/dryer. Recently renovated shower 🚿 (stand-up shower only) The owners of the loft also own the art gallery downstairs. They will be working there at various times and can assist you as needed. At all times help is just a call or text away! You are in the middle of downtown Ashland! Get out and walk around. You can walk to the shops in the Camayo Arcade or ride your bike down to the River Front Park to watch the boats float by. Central Park down the block where you can catch a baseball game or get some exercise by walking around and enjoying the scenery. The Winchester restaurant and Guitar Bar are directly across the street. You can find great food and entertainment there any day of the week! NOTE: This loft is in the middle of downtown so you will be also in the middle of any events the City is having during your stay. This includes First Friday events that run throughout the summer and several annual events throughout the year - Poage Landing in September and Summer Motion in July, the Christmas parade; plus others. Some of these events require you to park your car down at the end of the block because the roads will be blocked off. We will make sure to let you know when this is the case. It’s not an inconvenience, it’s an exciting place to be during an event because you will have the best front row seat to it all!! Don’t be worried about the lack of Uber and Lyft options...call a taxi! This is the perfect location if you are in town for business or school!
