Valencia Home in Copperstone Tract

Long-term only. Single bedroom upstairs with dedicated bathroom. Queen bed, dresser, nightstand. Guest parking directly outside, or street parking. We are located ten minutes from Six Flags Magic Mountain, in a quiet community. Very safe neighborhood. Newer homes. Washer and dryer are available for use but you must supply your own detergent. :) I work from home 3 days a week. In and out some days. I'm always available to assist. Proximity to Six Flags Magic Mountain, miles of bike trails called paseos, perfect for the active lifestyle. Suggest you rent a car or have your own transportation. Public transportation is a few blocks away from my location. Metrolink train gives easy access to downtown LA. I have a very friendly, hyper, Australian Cattle Dog puppy, named Freyja.
