The living room is a large and comfortable space, perfect for relaxing in with an extra pull out bed sofa, Plus, it's near the airport, grocery store, park, fast food restaurants. And buses, subways and trains are within walking distance. The property is Under 24 hour video surveillance around the perimeter of the house. Guests have access to a beautiful kitchen, furnished with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Water in the kitchen is fully pure filtered for your drinking convenience. The bedrooms are simple and cozy with Enterin cooling gel memory foam mattresses for an incredibly comfortable nights sleep. Guests will love the cozy yet modern feel and look, and will have a great time relaxing on the outdoor patio listening to the birds chirping in this peaceful and safe neighborhood. Guests have access to the entire apartment, including the small outdoor patio, living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom as well as all appliances within these spaces. I’m always available to answer questions via text, email, instant messaging, but please keep all non-emergency interactions or questions between 10am to 8pm. I may not always be available for face to face interaction but I’ll try my very best to make your stay as comfortable as possible! The neighborhood is beautiful, peaceful, and safe with quiet neighbors and a homey feel. You’ll be walking distance from a grocery store, fast food restaurants, and a park with gorgeous bike trails and gardens. Not to mention only a 5min drive to the airport, or public transport to airtrain which takes you to JFK. A 20 minute drive to Newyork city. Public transport is extremely easy. Take the q6 bus that’s a blocks down and get to the Jamaica or Sutphin train station. Those train stations can take you straight into Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn, or Long Island. The air train is also easily accessible to JFK AIRPORT. Transportation from our location is the easy wether it be by bus, train, or car. Street parking available. You’ll love my beautiful and modern home furnished for your convenience. You’ll have everything you need for your stay, including a reasonable amount of cleaning supplies, dishes, and bathroom necessities for your stay. After that, you are responsible for your own supplies. All I ask is that you please take care of my home and i’ll try my best to accomodate any needs you may have.
