Access to bunkhouse with bunkbeds + trundle + full bathroom is available for an additional $50 per night by messaging when you reserve. 4 block walk to DT Watkinsville. 6 mi. to Sanford Stadium: this is the perfect location for rest & relaxation. This open floor-plan cottage has a master bedroom and 3 guest rooms in the main house and a bunkhouse furnished with bunk beds + trundle and a full bathroom (available for additional $50 per night) There is lots of seating in the main living area as well as multiple hangout spaces outside. Nestled back in a quiet neighborhood on the edge of downtown Watkinsville, this is the perfect get away for a group of friends or a family. It is wonderful to stroll and get a cup of coffee or just enjoy the quiet neighborhood. Kitchen is fully equipped with cooking appliances and basic spices.Additional appliances there include crockpot, hand mixer, toaster, and blender. Entire house, front and back porches, backyard fire pit area, and completely furnished bunkhouse (available for $50 per night by messaging when you make your reservation) We live in town but off property so you will have plenty of privacy, but we will be available to take care of any needs you may have. This quaint neighborhood is 4 blocks from downtown and is nestled back in quiet roads that make for great walking and plenty of privacy. The backyard is a great place for people to gather, with multiple seating options and space for games. Downtown Watkinsville is very walkable. Watkinsville Woods is a short walk from Main Street and has 2 pedestrian paths. Watkinsville is considered the Artland of Georgia and from the local art in the cottage to the public art around the town, you will notice lots of pride in our local artists. When you leave, please leave beds unmade, put trash in the bin outside, and dirty dishes in the dish washer, started. Our house keepers will take care of the rest.
