Large field for volleyball and sports on property and bicycle path from the home to Central Lakes Trail. Large dining room table sits 12. Perfect for families and groups all seasons. Spacious home with many gathering areas. Large dining room and well equipped modern kitchen. Basement game room with ping - pong, foosball arcade game, karaoke and large screen TV. Fire pit next to the patio overlooking the lake. Great kayaking lake without the motorboat traffic typical of larger lakes, with 4 kayaks and 1 canoe provided to guests at no charge. Swim from dock with sandy bottom or city park's sandy beach is a short kayak ride across the bay. Please note that this lake is not part of the chain of lakes and our property and dock are not set up for motor boat access. The property also includes a large field for volleyball, spike ball, croquet and other games that guests can use at no charge. Guests have access to the whole house. Code for entry keypad will be provided 2-3 days prior to arrival. Electronic copy of the guest book will be downloadable upon booking with information on how to access the home. Hosts available any time via phone and email. Local contact person manages the property and his phone number will be available as well in the guest book. Quiet neighborhood on cul-de-sac. Less than 10 minute drive to downtown, Carlos Creek Winery, parks and many popular destinations (see guidebook under our profile). Walking distance to Casey's amusement park, golfing, several restaurants and city park. City park has playground and several pickleball courts (pickleball set with 4 racquets available at the cabin) as well as a sandy beach. Biking distance to downtown on dedicated bike path . Close driving distance to public marinas, more beaches, winery, brewery, restaurants etc. Great winter wonderland for skiing, skating, tubing, snowshoeing, fat tire biking etc in nearby parks. No more than 16 guests on premises at any time per Airbnb worldwide ban on parties and events on Airbnb properties.
