Moose Pond Lodge Snowmobile and ATV

Moose Pond Lodge is a two bedroom cabin located directly on the snowmobile and ATV trail. The cabin is also perfect for hunters, fishermen, and outdoor lovers of all kinds, or anyone just looking for a quiet place to get away and relax. The deck offers beautiful mountain views, and there are two ponds on the property for catch and release fishing in the warmer months. Moose Pond Lodge is located near the top of Mudgett Mountain. The large deck offers beautiful mountain views, and the four-acre property is secluded and quiet, yet directly on the ATV and snowmobile trails. There is plenty of parking for trucks and trailers onsite. The cabin is open concept with a large living room with cozy gas fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, kuerig coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes and utensils and has an eat at bar. Two large sliders allow you to enjoy the mountain views even when inside. There is a 32 inch flat screen TV with Netflix and free Wi-Fi, but cell service can still be spotty unless you have a Wi-Fi enabled cell phone. Each of the two bedrooms can be set as either a king bed or two twin beds. All linens for bed and bath are supplied. There is a gas grill on the deck and a fire pit in the yard. I sell fire pit bundles and fire starters (the wood stand is about 50 feet before the cabin) And of course your furry friends are always welcome to enjoy vacation with you! ( well-behaved dogs are welcome, but any damages will be charged) * The cabin is located 2.4 miles up Creampoke road which is a dirt road, so 4 wheel drive is necessary in the winter months and mud season. Guests at Moose Pond Lodge have sole access to the entire cabin and 4 acre property. There are two ponds on the property that are stocked with trout for catch and release fishing in the warmer months. The Great North Woods offers extensive snowmobile and ATV trails. Moose Pond Lodge is located directly on these trails, so you can get to all of the area's restaurants, bars, gas stations and grocery stores by Trail. Directions from southern NH: you can use your GPS to get to Colebrook NH. VERY IMPORTANT!! Follow my directions once you get to Colebrook. GPS will try and take you up a snowmobile trail and you will get stuck! Take Rt. 93 N Take exit 35 to US-3 N Follow US-3 N to Colebrook NH Take a right on Rt. 145 N ( about 50 feet after Bangor Bank) Follow Rt. 145 for 6.8 miles Take a right onto Creampoke Rd. Follow Creampoke Rd. for 2.4 miles to the top. When you have to go either left or right, go right and the cabin is a few hundred feet down on the right hand side. There is a sign out front for Moose Pond Lodge. * Creampoke Rd. Is a dirt road, so 4 wheel drive is required in winter months and mud sesaon.
