Enjoy newly built spacious rooms in the heart of Watkinsville. Located on the 2nd floor, guests enter through a private "keyless entry" side staircase. We are within walking distance of some great main street restaurants and Jittery Joe's Coffee shop. Newly opened, Butcher & Vine, is located in the same building which means our guests can walk down the entry/exit stairs and into their back door. Each of our spacious rooms feature comfortable beds with hand loomed cotton blankets and Mohair throws - made in the U.S.A., deep seating, coffee bars, mini fridges, microwaves, built in ironing boards, electric fireplaces, closets, Smart TV's, free WiFi, sound machines, and make up mirrors. The Common Area mini kitchen has a 7 bottle wine cooler and larger refrigerator, storage space and sink for the three rooms to share. This refrigerator is perfect for pre-ordering charcuterie boards from Butcher & Vine ...hint, hint!! Owner - operators run a small family business on the first floor of the building and are available on site most days and can be contacted by phone after hours. Sun Catcher Cafe, Kiki's Bakery and Jittery Joe's are all within easy walking distance for breakfast treats. Guests will find wonderful retail shops in Town Center along with more great food choices for lunch or dinner. Just beyond Town Center is the Historic Eagle Tavern Museum Museum, hours are Monday through Friday 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Tours began across the street at the Welcome Center.
