Cayuga House - A Private Cottage on Cayuga Lake

Welcome to our lake house on Cayuga Lake, located in the heart of the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail. Situated on the western shore of the lake, we are minutes from bars and restaurants in nearby Seneca Falls. The house features 3 bedrooms and includes 2 double beds, a queen in the master with lake views, and a queen sofa bed. The living room features a 16 foot sliding door that walks out to the 22' deck overlooking the shores of Cayuga. This lake house is equipped with central AC. The bathroom features a tiled shower. The kitchen features quartz countertops, tile backsplash, stainless appliances including a dishwasher, an island, and open shelving. New floors, trim, windows, furniture throughout (May 2019). The property has a dock that guests have access to. Tie off your boat or sit and enjoy the sunset. The deck features new outdoor furniture and a chiminea. We have adequate parking for 2-3. Guests have access to parking, the 3 bedroom lake house, the deck and dock. I am a professional airbnb host so I am readily available. If for some reason I am unavailable to answer a question, my co host Sue, who lives nearby, is available to help. You can reach us both through the Airbnb messaging system. We're located in a quiet lake community. Please be respectful to both of our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum, using the provided parking appropriately, and by keeping the property clean and free of loose trash or debris. We are steps from Cayuga Lake State Park that has a beach and boat launch. Across the street and a few doors down there is a restaurant and bar called the Deerhead, which always has local beer on tap and local wine. Uber is sometimes available but I have the contact for a local cab company that operates 24/7.
