With a large 400 sq. ft. footprint, this boutique suite and entertainment space boats ample seating, a modern décor, a large 65" 4K TV, a full bath, comfortable sleeping for four, and kitchenette with all the comforts of home. The Atrium is sure to leave you relaxed and refreshed. Now available ONLY as an add-on to your stay at The Atrium (quote available upon request), our backyard amenities include: a private pool, a two-tier luxury lounge deck, an additional large entertainment deck, fire-pit, fire table, charcoal and electric grills, and a trampoline. Eating & Food: Our inclusive DIY pre-packaged continental breakfast is available daily and our full signature American breakfast is available on both Saturday and Sunday mornings at an extra cost. Stays also include complimentary beverages and Keurig cups for your convenience. We provide a complete (4) set of dishes and silverware. There are also countless excellent local dinning options or order delivery from over 30 different local restaurants via UberEats. Please let us know if you need assistance ordering or would like any recommendations. We are locals and know the area. Note: We provide fresh, clean white towels, hand towels and wash cloths for your convenience. We also provide toiletries so no need to bring toilet paper :) While you are here, please feel free to visit the Indian Head Rail Trail, the local wineries, or the DC monuments. Better yet, allow us to curate and escort you on your adventure. Access to the backyard retreat is permitted at separate cost and includes access to entire back yard. This includes the property's 20,000 gallon sport pool (summer months), a two-tier luxury lounge deck, an additional large entertainment deck, fire pit, fire table, and trampoline. Have a question? Our neighborhood exists as a tucked away and quiet retreat from the big city and is located minutes to shopping and seemingly unlimited dining options. While public transportation is an option from the community, cars are suggested...unless of course you choose to participate in one of our curated experiences. While we offer our guests a standard continental breakfast of pre-packaged goods like muffins, breakfast bars, fruit, yogurt, juices etc., we also offer our amazing signature multi-course breakfast upon request. (Sat & Sun mornings ONLY) available at a small additional cost.
