Safe Haven Waterfront property in Oak Haven NB

We are on scenic tidal Oak Bay so you can watch the amazing tide change, walk on the ocean floor exploring the beach. Extras are included in the price!! Includes use of canoes & kayaks, life jackets, BBQ, fire pit w/wood, lawn chairs, coffee/tea, spotless cleaning. Lovely space with open living/dining/kitchen area and master bedroom with queen bed and a small second with two twins Just a 20 minute scenic drive to St. Andrews by the sea and 10 minutes from Canada’s Chocolate town St. Stephen. Nice large airy space on waterfront, with gravel/rocky (not mud flats) beach for exploring. If you have any experience with canoes and kayaks, we have 2 kayaks and 2 canoes available for your use (included)....safety first....life jackets required (supplied). Take a stroll along the beautiful shore, hunt for shells/sea glass and hidden treasures. We are close enough to great attractions that you can easily take day trips and then get out of the hustle and bustle of touristing and rewind and relax in the comfort of your home away from home. There are several seating areas outdoors for you to enjoy as well as a fire pit, washer boxes and more. Be sure to look up, way up after dark as we have fantastic night skies filled with mesmerizing stars. Bugs are rare with the ocean breeze keeping them away for the most part. We’ve included coffee, tea, sugar, cream & milk for your convenience. There is no extra charge for cleaning, but do appreciate you leaving it tidy :) We do not have satellite or cable but we do have wifi internet and Netflix. A well behaved dog is welcome with an extra cleaning fee, please contact. Children are welcome with two twin beds and a playpen. Note There are stairs to access apt. But there is a door at the top. The entire Apartment, 4 acres of lawn with beach access. Several seating areas, fire pit, washers, etc. You will enter the side door of the garage and go up the stairs to your own apartment. You have the apartment to yourself and use of the property and beach. However, We do live on the property in a separate building, in the main house. We will respect your privacy but we will be available when/if needed in person or by phone. Our favourite thing to do is kayak and to walk on the beach, relax and enjoy the view. If you are looking for a hike there are trails just a few minutes away; Ganong nature park, Simpson hill, chamcook mountain, or stay and take a kayak journey to Oak Bay and along the St. Croix. Shopping, whale watching, and site seeing are just a 20 minute drive to the resort town of St. Andrews by the Sea. Groceries, other restaurants, etc. are just 10 minute drive to St. Stephen. We are "in the middle of everywhere" situated just a few minutes from Oak Bay. We are 20 minutes from the beautiful St. Andrews by the Sea and a short 10 minute drive to Canada's Chocolate town; St. Stephen NB and the US border (Calais Maine) Saint John and Fredericton NB are about a 1 hour drive away. Moncton and Hopewell Rocks are about 2 1/2 hour drive. Bangor Maine is 2 hours. Please be aware of all COVID restrictions/guidelines and follow.
