The photos don’t portray how much space is offered with large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 dining areas, a coffee bar, 2 bedrooms with TVs in each bedroom and 1 1/2 bathrooms. Less then a mile to downtown Lee’s Summit. This is the best deal in the KC area! Easy highway access to all KC attractions within less then 30 minutes away! Newly renovated private apartment! We have the apartment and all linens professionally cleaned for each stay. Smoking/Vaping is allowed only outside. Sleeping is recommended in the bedrooms only since designated quiet areas. Located less than a mile away from downtown Lee’s Summit where you can shop, drink & find entertainment including the bar scene with a variety of bars offering live bands, an escape room, festivals, outdoor concerts, train station and an old time arcade! Located nearby is a public pool with water slides, beautiful parks, skate park, trails and ice skating. Enjoy being only a couple of miles away from a public access lake to rent a boat, fish or chill at the beach! Guests must be at least 25 years old. Other drop in guests are not allowed at any time and only persons on the booking are allowed in the place or on the property. This is a licensed Airbnb which meets all city ordinances and regulations. Rest assured, the business license is posted in visible sight. Guests may park on the right hand side of the driveway. There is walkway just off of the drive that leads down to the private entrance of your newly renovated apartment! Please know the space is located in the separate walk out basement apartment of the owner’s home and offers plenty of windows for light! There are 8 steps then a landing then another 6 steps which should not be difficult for most healthy adults. If you are handicapped or elderly, this may not be the right fit for you as there is no handicap accessibility. I am sure you will LOVE the bonus huge private patio with tons of seating!
