Private room ideally located in West Metro

Located in the desired West Metro, within minutes of many major corporations and hospitals. - Private room AND full bathroom -Self check-in with the keypad - No other guests staying here (just us upstairs) - Guests access to the shared living room, kitchen/dining room, and deck - WIFI -Private driveway/parking space -Complementary coffee - Ironing board is available, as is laundry services ($). The guest bedroom/bathroom is located on the first floor of the house. Guests have access to the shared living/dining room, kitchen, and deck. The guest driveway is located just to the side of the house and leads to a small shed. It can be difficult to see at night so it’s lined with solar lights. We will also have the porch and garage lights on. We have three dogs in the house. Two are them are puppies and need to be taken out first thing in the morning (around 5:30/6:00am). We need to walk by the guest room in order to access the backyard. We are as quiet as possible, but if you are a light sleeper this is something to make note of. A white noise machine and ear plugs are available in the guest room. COVID Update: A few things to put your mind potentially at ease: —You are the only guest here at a time. We disinfect and wash everything after a guest leaves, as we live in this house and do not want to become sick. I have asthma, so I am taking extra precautions. —If you have a positive COVID test within 14 days of your stay, we will fully reimburse you, regardless of Airbnb policy. We won't take you at your word, sorry. While we do allow access to the kitchen for microwave and refrigerator use, please do not plan on cooking multiple meals unless you are here for an extended stay (more than one week). Check yourself in with the keypad. Your room is the only room on the first floor. The bathroom is just a short distance from your bedroom. If you have questions after check-in, please let us know by messaging us in the Airbnb app. My partner and I primarily stay upstairs when we have guests. We are always available to answer any questions, and guests can message us at anytime during the stay. We have a three small dogs, Larry, Louis, and Daisy, who are gated upstairs with us. They are friendly, but may bark a few times if they hear you leave or enter the front door. We use puppy gates to limit their access to the shared areas, and often they aren’t even aware that we have guests. If you are allergic to, or simply dislike dogs, however, this is important to make note of. Our location is perfect for both the business or lesiure traveler. We are close to Highway 169 but far enough away that you'll never hear it. We have close access to many major employers, as well as restaurants and things to do. Excellent balance between having access to the city without the hassle of being in the city. Until the Southwest Light Rail is completed, you will need a car (or rideshare) to move about the Metro area. There are a few local bus routes taking you to the Ridgedale Mall and Knollwood Shopping Center. There used to be a direct route to downtown but that has been suspended due to COVID. This is NOT a party house, and we do not allow guests that are not part of the booking. We live here. If you want a house you can throw a party at, you're going to need to spend more than $40.
