Spacious master suite has a queen sized bed and a private master bath. Guest bedroom also has a queen sized bed, with separate guest bath, and there's also a queen sized sofa bed with memory foam mattress in the living room for additional guests. This home is on a quiet street conveniently located across from restaurants and only 2 blocks from a grocery store. Close to Brandon Blvd as well, where there are plenty of other restaurants and things to do! The home backs up to a conservation lot with mature oak canopy and lush vegetation. 15 minutes to Top Golf and Ifly indoor skydiving!
