Pocomoonshine Lake is known for its kayaking, bass and white perch fishing and record number of loons that will sing you to sleep at night! Three floors allow for 14 guests to enjoy vacationing together, yet have privacy at the same time. The house is fully equipped. Just bring your bathing suit! This lakeshore house allows you access to one of the best bass fishing lakes in the state of Maine. The lake is 2500 acres and is peaceful and unpopulated and a favorite of eco adventurists that want to hike its perimeter or kayak down its many rivers. The boat landing for your bass boat is a hundred feet away! The house has three levels allowing for plenty of space for a ten to 14 member group. The walk out basement is all glass and has two bedrooms, a bath, fully stocked kitchen and a place for kids to hang out in their own space. The main floor has a great room with a large living room and dining table. The main kitchen is immaculate and contains everything you would need to create gourmet family meals. There is a full bath and a bedroom also on this floor. The third floor has the master bedroom and bath and another comfortable bedroom as well as a loft area where you can relax, curl up with a good book, or enjoy the panoramic views of this amazing lake! Guests have full access to the entire house, and dock on the shore. There is an unattached garage apartment in close proximity that is a long term rental and has its own and separate driveway access. The entire house is your own, so please treat it with love and respect. It has recently been updated, painted and furnished with everything you need to feel at home.
