We are located perfectly in the middle between Boston and NYC, 15 minutes to UConn, 20 minutes to the Brimfield Antique show and 40 minutes to the new MGM Casino in Springfield, MA. Our town offers many restaurants, boutique stores and parks all within walking distance. The apartment is located on the top floor and leads out onto the rooftop patio WHICH IS TEMPORARILY CLOSED DUE TO LEAKS (UPDATE 7/1/2021) The patio is equipped with a grill, a fire pit and plenty of seating and tables for a perfect gathering with friends or an intimate evening for two. Enjoy our complimentary coffee from out coffee bar. The loft is adorned with fairy lights, a bed and extra seating. We just furnished the main floor with a new futon sofa that when pulled out can sleep 2 for guests who don't want to climb the ladder to sleep in the loft. We love options! Guests have access to the entire apartment.
