Private Exeter Guest Suite

This is a fully furnished guest suite with 900 square feet of comfortable living space and a private front entrance. It is within walking distance to Phillips Exeter Academy, beautiful Downtown Exeter, restaurants, pubs, parks and Amtrack train station (which you can take to Boston or Portland) and centrally located for many New England activities. Enjoy free movies, concerts and a Farmer's Market at Swasey Park along the Squamscott river, just a 5 minute walk! No pets allowed. This Guest Suite is fully furnished and has 900 square feet of comfortable living space. All linens, towels, fully furnished kitchen, hairdryer and some toiletries (in case you forgot something) are included. Kitchen is on first floor and 2 bedrooms, den and bathroom are on the second floor. It has 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed and 1 twin roll-away bed (if needed). Guests enter the guest suite through a private entrance at the front of the house via a security code lock. Parking for up to 2 two cars out on the front lawn. We will be available upon check-in to answer any questions or concerns you may have and to tell you about all the wonderful places to visit in the area. This is a quiet close- knit family friendly neighborhood. Easy walk to downtown Exeter with its wonderful restaurants, pubs and parks and to Amtrack Downeaster Train Station - train goes to Boston and Portland. 1 hour drive to Boston, MA, Portland, ME, the Lakes Region and Mountains. 15 minutes to New Hampshire beaches. 20 minute drive to Portsmouth, NH. We do live near a RR track so trains can be heard at night when they pass by. Usually only once or twice a night.
