The home has a huge deck spanning the full length of the side and back which overlooks a private pond and 15 acres complete with walking paths and fire pit. Enjoy the amazing sunsets and serene surroundings located just 30 minutes from Downtown Minneapolis. Our home would be a great fit for a couple or larger families, business or social groups and a great location for those who want small town feel and outside space but also 30 minutes from downtown Minneapolis or many other shopping and dining attractions within a few miles. Our home is a step-up rambler with lower walkout basement. It's more of a country like setting surrounded by farm field, pond, field or woodlands with the only direct neighbors being a farm and a church. The outside is surrounded by trees besides the back pond side of our 15 acres. There are paths mowed through the grass areas of the property in the Summer and a very large yard for anyone to enjoy. The upstairs has two living areas, a dining area, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and kitchen. The master suite includes two walk-in closets, smaller bathroom with jacuzzi tub. The kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, range, microwave, pans, flatware, glassware, coffee maker and other kitchen utensils. The lower level contains an open unfinished space, two bedrooms, laundry room and walk-out to the back patio. The driveway is long and gravel with plenty of outside parking. The detached garage is not included with the house. Many spices are located in the cabinet by the stove. Dish soap and supplies under sinks. We have a crockpot and handmixer for use. We also will include paper products including toilet paper, paper towels. We do have WIFI but it is not high speed. The living room has a nice 65" flat screen with HD antenna but no cable or satellite. The TV is internet capable for Netflix subscribers and the like. The home has an updated forced air furnace and central AC along with a large 80 gallon water heater for jacuzzi baths or multiple showers in a row. On the deck is a nice Weber gas grill with propane to use. All areas of the property besides the detached garage and the furnace room. I will be easily available through phone, text or email to answer any questions or help with any problems that may occur. I'm sometimes even available to greet our guests to do a walk-through if you are interested. I'm always available should guests have questions about the home or need recommendations on entertainment, restaurants, etc. Check ins are quick and easy with lock box access to the home. Please remember to leave keys in lock box when checking out. Very serene and private - neighbors are a farm on one side and church on the other. Awesome shopping, dining and bars in the general area. I'm happy to make recommendations. Some shopping choices include: -Arbor Lakes - shops of all kinds in Maple Grove about 10 minutes South down Highway 94. -Albertville Premium Outlets - large outlet shopping mall about 10 minutes North of our location. -Cabelas - located in the same town of Rogers - a huge Sportsman's retail store with premium outdoor gear and sporting goods store serving hunting, fishing, shooting & camping enthusiasts. Just approx two miles away is a Crow-Hassan park located on the Crow River, this park offers an uninterrupted expanse of peaceful wilderness. Among the scenery, the restored prairie is a year-round attraction for its ever-changing color palette. Miles of trails wind through the park reserve and give an opportunity to spot wildlife. It also has a large off-leash dog park with trails and swimming. Please note the basement is unfinished but usable. It does have drywall and painted cement and where the blow up mattress is kept if extra sleeping space is needed. There are two lower level finished bedrooms as well. One lower level bedroom with the two twin beds does not have a door but is down a small hall so still semi-private. The driveway is very long and gravel and may require an all wheel drive in the Winter if icy or snowfall.
