This is a single story apartment complex built in the 50's. It has been in our family for over 4 decades and 3 generations. It is a quiet, quaint complex with hardwood floors, bright casement windows, and plenty of space for a single or couple. This apartment is all your own! Besides all that is listed about the inside it has shard yards out both the front and back. It’s one block from the college which has great public walking spaces and exercise amenities. The Virginia Corridor Trail is 1 block away, which is a paved trail that goes for roughly 3 miles to the north. Also a quick 6-7 block walk to a dog park if you have a furry friend. The entire inside is yours to use. There is shared yard space outside and each space comes with an off street parking space. I live several blocks away and am usually readily available. If not I also have family near by and a handyman that is eager to help! We love the neighborhood around the college. The college has a lot to offer, with athletic facilities, performance center and of course classes. The large trees that characterize this area make it very charming and you are within walking distance to all the fun options downtown. There is unlimited free street parking out front. During the daytime parking on the street can be difficult because of the college, BUT there is an off-street option of 1 car per apartment. If you are bringing a pet with you please let me know ahead of time so I can let you know the fee associated. At a minimum it will be $100…if you are staying long term budget for $100/mo.
