❤️ Great space for nurses looking for a place to stay. Based on feedback from previous nurses, the bedroom is stocked with ear plugs, white noise machine, fans, and black out curtains. The bathroom has amazing water pressure which makes for a great shower after working 12+ hours. ❤️ New floors installed throughout the house including the bathroom and new carpet in the bedrooms. ❤️ You have access to your bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, den, and back patio. ❤️ Guest may use the kitchen, guest bedroom, bathroom, and washer and dryer if needed. (Please provide your own laundry detergent, fabric softener, etc...) ❤️ I do enjoy socializing with guest and if I am in town I will be available. Regardless if you have any request you can contact me directly and will get you accommodated. ❤️ House located right off of I-85 in a safe neighborhood run by our HOA. I have a fenced in backyard. If you’re curious about any bars or restaurants I can tell you all the places around here. Downtown Braselton, Road Atlanta, and Chateau Elan are all very close. Local Station, downtown is a great spot for dinner or drinks. We have a good sports bar called Moonshiners 1.3 miles away. ❤️ Northeast Georgia Medical Center Gainesville, Braselton, and Winder are all conveniently located near the house. ❤️ Lastly, I want to communicate I do have 4 cameras on the property for your safety and mine. ❤️ You can drive your car or take a $6 Uber into downtown Braselton. I do not allow pets or service animals on the property as I personally have allergies.
