Historic Home near Sequoia Park

Nestled among the orange and kiwi farms is this spacious (4,000 sq ft) historic home. Just 5 minutes away is the quaint town of Exeter with it's colorful murals, numerous antique stores and unique little restaurants with a European flare. My home is perfectly positioned for views to the west for amazing sunsets and to the east for spectacular views of the Sierra Nevada mountains. This room is located upstairs and has its own A/C. Quiet living space with a desk. Has a shared bathroom with bath tub. This location is close to Sequoia National Park. Located in the orange groves with a beautiful view of the Sierras We are halfway between San Francisco and Los Angeles. Please view Exeter Chamber for activities. Exeter has a charming atmosphere. We have 31 murals to enjoy and wonderful restaurants. A quiet space. I do live at this home. I do have two other room available in the home that are located down stairs. There will be a combination lock on the west side of the house. I will give directions to get to my house when the house is booked. There is interaction with the owner by phone anytime. Sometimes I will meet the quests. I like to give quests as much privacy as I can. I can usually be found outside during sunset. Join me with a glass of wine... My space is in the country. Love the sunsets here. Plenty of area to walk and enjoy the wild life. We are surrounded by orange trees. Exeter is a small town with antiques and murals. Please drive slow to keep dust down and neighbors happy. There is a shuttle bus in the summer that picks people up close to my home to go to the park if you do not want to drive. We do have a dirt road coming into the home. Please drive slow for neighbors. Neighbors are friendly. Please no smoking in the home. Please leave shoes off. I have a basket of slippers for your comfort and my floor. Please be aware that my toilet is on a septic system so I ask no girly products or cotton balls be flushed.
