Come enjoy a fabulous stay in this newly completed basement studio! Just a short walk to downtown Winchester, the walking mall, restaurants, shopping, running and walking trails and so much more! Visit local Wineries/Skyline Drive / Family Drive In Theatre / Civil War Museums /Harpers Ferry /Take a day trip to D.C just 1.5 hours ! Close proximity to Shenandoah University and Winchester Medical Center. Options abound! This space is a newly finished basement studio with its own private entrance. You will park in the driveway and go down the few brick steps and through the gate into the hallway that will take you to your basement Studio efficiency We live in the house upstairs and give all of our guests privacy. However, should you need anything we are just a quick call or message away. We do use the hallway to access our laundry and storage areas. Our home is in a quiet family neighborhood close to downtown - .7 miles (approx. 20 minute walk) to the walking mall. Our neighborhood is very walkable. And we are just a short drive to anything in Winchester. There is always Uber or Lyft should you need it :)
