Huge kitchen, hot tub (w extra $100 per trip), W/D. 10 blocks to OSU in quiet residential neighborhood with hiking trails and organic groceries nearby. High-speed wireless. 5 off street parking spaces available. I am usually available to check your group in and give you the lay of the land in Corvallis! You will have the run of the whole house and parking. There is one quiet tenant in a separate basement apartment. He is an engineer and will share the basement bathroom. Quiet residential neighborhood with woods trails and organic groceries nearby. 30 minute walk to OSU. I have a few bikes available to borrow if you like. Or we are 2 blocks from the free city bus which passes hourly (but not on Sundays).
