Welcome to South Easton's latest new construction apartments! Conveniently located just 5 minutes from downtown, there is plenty to do! Our modern city escape is filled with brand-new everything. 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom provide more than enough space for 4-5 guests. An open-concept kitchen keeps our main living area nice and airy. There is also private off-street parking and a private entrance. Our AirBNB is BRAND NEW as of FEBRUARY 2020. It is a ground-up new construction (6) unit apartment building. One unit is designated to AirBNB specifically. It is in close proximity to downtown Easton. It has off-street parking and private entrance. The space has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, washer dryer in unit, YoutubeTV + SmartTV, and FULL Kitchen. The couch also fits one for sleeping. Guests will be able to park in the rear of the complex. There is a space assigned. You will then enter on the left side of the building (instructions to follow upon booking). The unit is then located on the first floor with keypad entry. Please be courteous as there is an apartment above with a full-time tenant living in it. We have a property manager who lives close by if there are any issues. Easton is a city in Northampton County, Pennsylvania, United States. The city's population was 26,800 as of the 2010 census. Easton is located at the confluence of the Delaware River and the Lehigh River, roughly 55 miles (89 km) north of Philadelphia and 70 miles (110 km) west of New York City. It is perfectly situated to explore multiple areas of the northeast. Guests that typically come here are exploring northern PA, Philadelphia, and New York. This location acts as the perfect central location to see multiple attractions and travel experiences. You can walk down to downtown Easton where there are plenty of restaurants and attractions to see. There are Lyfts and Ubers in the area as well. Keep in mind, you have one off-street parking spot so if you are driving, you can come and go as you please. Parking downtown is very easy too, the city just built a new garage in the heart of Easton.
