Cozy 1 bdrm in quiet Eastside Troy

Enjoy a peaceful night in a second floor flat in the desirable Eastside of Troy. Within walking distance to Emma Willard School, Sacred Heart, and places to enjoy a meal. A short drive to downtown, grocery store, colleges, shops and more.. This is a 114 year old house so it still has much of its old charm, please do not expect modern perfection here. My home does have two indoor cats that travel with me so they may not be there during your stay. I do keep things tidy, but there may be a dish in the sink or cat toys on the floor. Myself or another guest may or may not be home during your stay. I am always accessible via phone. I do provide an assortment of k-cup coffee in the kitchen. As well as menus to local eateries. A small fan is in your bedroom. You can also enjoy the second floor front porch. The bathroom, living room, dinning room and kitchen are shared. Please be fully clothed in all shared areas and clean up after yourself. 2 minute drive to Emma Willard School. Only a 6 minute drive to RPI School. 15 minute drive to Rensselaer Amtrak train station. 19 minute drive to Albany International Airport. Uber/Lyft available or CDTA public bus stop across the street. Laundry mat and grocery store 4 minute drive. This is not a hotel - i've done my best to create a cozy, safe and peaceful space with a full sized mattress, window to let in plenty of light ( room darkening curtains), TV, wifi, and magazines.
