Private Suite on Park & Bike Trail

Private bedroom with two twin beds. Quiet, comfortable. Includes private luxury bathroom with heated deep soaker tub. We have a mini fridge, mini microwave, silverware & dishes in this room. You are welcome to share 1/2 of our large back yard deck. There is a BBQ grill for our guests use too. At this time, we are holding off on sharing our kitchen again. Our deck faces a public park and a portion of Madison's famous bike trails. ZTRHP (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) Please note we are sensative to people having cat allergies. We have 2 cats but they are never allowed in the guests room and never have lived in our guest rooms. We run HEPA filters in those rooms as well. Guests have access to our back deck. And we will provide access to our basic bicycles (5 speeds, 1 "girl bar" with front & side baskets & 1 "boy bar" with side baskets for a daily rate of $3.00. There's a LOT to see and do in Madison! We can offer suggestions about local attractions, restaurants, events and activities. Please feel free to ask! City park right out our back door! Beautiful green space, walking and bike paths, basketball court. Four blocks from Elver Park: large city park with walking / biking paths, disc golf course, splash park, picnic areas and more! Winter activities include cross-country skiing and a sledding hill. Near Hwy 12 / 14 (referred to locally as "The Beltline") and Hwy 18 / 151. Within two blocks of Metro bus stops. Parking on the street, right in front of our house. We are continuing to practice social distancing and require that of our guests. Dane county requires that you wear your own face mask and wear it during check in and when moving through indoor common areas. We do not supply face masks.
