Away from it all! Explore an area rich in history and outdoor activities: abundant hiking, fishing, canoeing, paddle boarding, and jeep tours in the summer; amazing colors and hunting in the fall; world-class backcountry/xc skiing and sledding in the winter. Play outside all day and curl up inside afterwards with a good book or movie. Our modern rustic rooms are clean and cozy! Rooms include new kitchenettes, sleek modern bathrooms, TVs, and start at $135/night. Firepit available for outside chillin', as well as charcoal bbq for summertime dinners. Two minute walk to Beaver Lake for exceptional fishing and canoeing, and nestled at the foot of the Carbonate Creek Trail for national forest access. Fire pits, bbq grills, ping-pong table, hiking maps, phone, internet, library, canoe, paddle boards, kayaks, life vests, and select sizes of cross country skis, snowshoes, and ice skates. Due to COVID-19 we won't have an open office. But are on call if you should need anything during your stay! Marble is remote. Of course that's why we love it, and how we explain its scenic beauty! It would not be so special if there were stores, gas pumps, cell reception, etc.... Yup: no cell phones ringing, just birds singing. Prepare before you get here, and plan on being absorbed by the natural rhythm of the valley. Bicycles and leisurely strolls encouraged as the most reliable means of public transportation. Here, porch-sitting and cloud-watching are among the heralded arts.
